"I am particularly impressed at how current Aerials Express keeps its coverage of markets that are important to us and how rapidly the company brings its products to market," notes Herb Lingl, director of Aerial Archives. The Aerials Express collection in California features currently available high resolution aerial photography acquired very recently for numerous markets including Los Angeles, San Digeo, San Francisco, Stockton and Palm Springs and Riverside County. Also available are the Tahoe Reno area and the Tijuana, Mexico metropolitan area. Robert Moore, director of aerial operations at Aerials Express says that "our business is built on the idea that current imagery is the cornerstone of accurate geographic decision-making."

In addition to current coverage, the marketing and licensing relationship covers the historical archive that Aerials Express has acquired over the years. "Access to this historical collection will provide our clients with an important additional resource for high resolution aerial photography that can be rapidly delivered," notes Lingl. Other California markets covered by the Aerials Express aerial photography library include Bakersfield, Fresno, the Imperial Valley, Kings County, Merced, Redding and Sacramento.

"Aerials Express imagery is great for the client that needs a comprehensive seamless view of an entire metropolitan area easily accessible on its network from which it can use imagery for multiple projects," notes Lingl, "but it is equally useful for clients that need to create very large murals or to see a very small area in detail."
